and because the camera is from HP they will not touch it. I tried calling a service center but because of COVID-19. But when I use zoom with my tablet or my phone no problem the picture is clear. The picture is blurry I can hardly recognize myself. When I tried to update Windows say this is the best driver for my computer. I have a 2017 HP Laptop 17 the camera that is installed on my computer: Driver Provider: Microsoft Date:, Driver Version: 2.693 I downloaded and installed other drivers but no change. I downloaded and installed the BIOS but no change. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled the driver but no change. I have uninstalled and reinstall the camera, but no change The Hp TrueVision Camera works but the picture is out of focus, everything is blurry, fuzzy, and distorted. I have an HP Laptop 17-bs0xx, running Windows 10 (64-bite) I have tried the suggestion I found from others members in the community and have the same problems they have but with no success in fixing the problem.
